CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

Follow these easy steps to get started on your custom project!

1. SELECT A DESIGN  

Browse our website or email us reference images of a design that you’ve seen elsewhere.

2. CHOOSE DIMENSIONS

Take measurements of your space and provide us with the length, width, and height of the pieces in mind. For tables, consider chair dimensions and how many people you’d like to seat at the table. In general 24" is recommended for each person. Different table leg and base designs will influence where chairs can be placed. If needed we will come out and take measurements of your project.

 

3. PICK A WOOD TYPE 

Browse some of our favorite types of wood on our materials page. Hardwoods, softwoods, and reclaimed woods available. We will also recommend different finish options to achieve your preferred look and function of the furniture piece.

4. REVIEW QUOTE AND SKETCHES

Once we have an understanding of the piece you are looking for, we will provide a quote. We can also provide 3D sketches if needed. 

5. CONTRACT, DEPOSIT, and LEAD TIMES

Once the quote is approved we will send over a work order contract and will ask for a 50% deposit before beginning the build. Please specify if you have specific time frame needs. Normal lead times are 6-8 weeks but we do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. 

6. COORDINATE PICK UP OR DELIVERY

We offer free delivery in the city of Santa Cruz or charge for deliveries based on the distance traveled. Local pick up is always available. We are not able to ship furniture.
